*How to Download your Paris Class Patterns*

Once you purchase Paris, you should get an email with your order summary, the written instructions (all views) and the YouTube Video file. If you do not get an email, please check your SPAM folder as your server may not recognize us as a legitimate email (we are, we promise!).  The pattern files are NOT in the email. In order to access the pattern files, you must go into your account and the files will be there.

If you did NOT set up an account, simply use the same email address you used during check-out to register and log in. If you forgot your password, please request a password reset. When you get in to your account you will see the three pattern files there: the Pattern Pages, the Large format files and the Projector Files.  Please download them and store the files in a secure place on your computer, as you are limited to THREE downloads. Please DO NOT try to download them to a phone or tablet, even to view them.  In the meantime, you can download this helpful information.
